You can download my Swing Analysis worksheet in JPEG format or in Microsoft Word format for your personal use.
If you are interested in my personal feedback, I can analyze a video of your swing and mail you back a written evaluation. The analysis will cover 20-29 aspects of your swing. I will comment on deficient areas and suggest remedial actions / drills. I may also look at aspects of a swing that are not necessarily in the book or on the worksheet.
In order to fully benefit from my personal Swing Analysis, you MUST either already own a copy of my book, or you must order one simultaneously with your swing analysis. Since the book covers common flaws and solutions, drills, and strength and conditioning suggestions, you will not understand what I refer to in the Personal Swing Analysis without one.
If you are interested in this service:
- Include a statement that describes your strengths and weaknesses.
- Videotape about 10 swings from the front view, 10 from the side, and 10 from the back view.
- Put your name and return address on the videotape.
